We have 5 nma in Grady County, OK in Section 35 Township 8N Range 5W. Interest was acquired from a deceased parent in about 2010. In 2017, Newfield leased it and paid a significant bonus plus 1/5 royalty. Newfield did not drill and lease terminated. No, zero activity since until about 3 months ago. Several generic letters asking if we want to sell mineral interest and one offering bonus and royalty to lease. Section 35 has had almost zero drilling activity to date. Anyone else with minerals in Section 35 getting recent leasing interest?
