Does anyone have any information on drilling in section 21-5N-7W

The "Maher #1" is the only currently producing well in the section as far as I can tell. It's a (currently) small well producing gas only in the SE/4. No permits for any new wells currently in this section or adjacent sections. Oil Valley Petroleum has filed a few leases of record for this section this year in this section though (in July)...not sure which tract they are leasing. Perhaps someone else knows.

Unit Petroleum is supposed to be in the process of drilling a shallow, horizontal gas well from outside the section that will encompass all 640 A, and be space at 640 Acres. Any news is welcome.

We are with Maher #4 and it’s hard to find the section that’s in. Thanks for the information.

I haven’t heatd of any gas, but we signed a lease for a deep well in section 21 and haven’t heard anything as of yet. It is hard to get information about Grady county living on the west coast. If I hear anything I will contact you.

Josh we did a to please with Vitruvian late 2016. I believe they sold these rights to an even larger company.

Same here , but our journey started with Gulf exploration. So there is some more digging to do.

my sister and I sold our surface rights with the rest of our family probably still has 185 Acres of surface rights. We started the journey with Gulf exploration as well. Particularly as a trait related to their wanting to rehab the Marshall Craddock 1-21 well

Yes that is what they were discussing with us and nothing has been done that I know of. I haven’t been back there in years. That’s where my great grandparents had the home place.

Approx 4 years ago the land only without the mineral rights and with no dwellings buildings barns Etc on it appraised at $900 to $1,000 an acre. I don’t know if that helps you but I thought I’d share that
