I have just become the trustee for my parents trust. They own quite a few minerals in Oklahoma but most are leased. My Mothers memory is failing and I am trying to find out if she leased minerals in Grady county, she thinks she did but we can not locate the paperwork. Is there a way to find this out? 27-04N-06W. Something must be going on there because she was offered 9k per acre to sell. Not interested in selling, only leasing.
The only way I know to search is to pay $25 and sign up for an account at www.idocmarket.com. Grady county recently moved the records there. I found copies of my leases that date back several years.
