I have been offered $300/acre by Turner O&G, and $600/acre from Ferrell. Ferrell wants to add a 2 year continuation at the same bonus price. Please let me know if I should lease or wait??? Whatever a lease hound offers, let it be known that they are prepared to offer MORE! Don't hesitate to negotiate ... but always in YOUR best behalf. You're not even obligated to sign their lease unless you want to.
