What is the legal description of your lot and which direction from you is the Continental well?
A surface owner book from the Grady County Assessor is most helpful.
As I novice, I’ll just ask. Obviously someone must own the land, as such, the ‘surface owner’? Is that correct Tom?
I have the section township and range, so what is a good way to find out if they are drilling on it? I guess the surface owner would obviously know.
