Hello, received a offer of $2;000 per mineral acre with 1/5 royalty for 3 year lease in McClain County Section 2 Township 06 North Range 03 West. I was wondering if that was a fair offer? I keep getting letter from others saying they MIGHT double the current offer ( they don’t know what my offer is though). Any thoughts?

That sounds too low.
Too low. Last one I heard of was $5000 3/16ths.
