We have 800 plus land and mineral rights in GV Sec 142. I thank the folks that responed back to my past discussions this is all new to me. Land has been leased for many many years and I have followed all the State web sites and also internet sites. It seems this area is right on the edge of the major plays but still has the interest of the oil companies. Some wells producing some not. If any one has some thoughts or opinions on area and has some time to write I would very much appreciate an individuals view. Also thinking of selling some mineral rights for health care costs, so all info would give me a better picture. Thanks
