I am interested to know if there is any activity in the area of Township 144, Range,104 West,

Sections 10 and 15? BPL

Looking at the map, it appears that Whiting Oil and Gas Corp. has two wells near your mineral area. The Tescher State 11-25PH in Sections 25 & 36 (Currently Drilling) and the Oneal Creek 41-16PH in Section 16 (Permitted to Drill). Both are in the Bicentennial Field.

In T137;103W, no activity but in T142;105W, Whiting Oil and Gas Corp has a confidential well in T142;105W;Section 31. It's hard to predict the future in regards to drilling in your mineral areas. Currently, it appears operators are drilling in the de-risk areas and drilling off set wells in areas already HBP. A few operators are drilling outside these areas. Your best bet is to keep abreast of the activity in your area as this will have a direct impact on your future lease negotiations.
