I signed with Empire (Whiting to do the drilling) on 141N R104W section 26, 27 and 34.
their letter states that I am to receive a bonus check within 45 business days of their receipt of my O&G lease, "once title to the mineral interest has been approved". They do not have 51%.
It is past 45 business days. I not have contacted them or they me.
Is the contract void, releasing me from any obligations?
What are my rights?
