My siblings and I have some mineral rights in Lincoln County. How do i find what has been offered to others in that county? Our current offer is 127.00 per acre with 3/16 on royalty. I have no clue is this is a fair offer or not. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
If you could provide with a location-section, township and range for your minerals in Lincoln County Okla it would be easier to provide with some information.
section 33 township 13 range 3E 80 acres
section 32 township 13 range 3E 40 acres
section 27 township 13 3E 20 acres
Charbon according to the Okla.Mineral rights registry over the last year the lease rates have run from$100 to $135 an acre. The closest leases they list are in 13N-2E. You might ask who the operator will be and their plans since most of the drilling in the area over the last year has been gas wells and with such a low price at this time they may slow down in drilling in the area. You might post the same question in the Lincoln county forum and see if anyone has leased for any higher amount. good luck with your decesion.
thanks for the info!!! i will check that out when i receive my papers.

What is the tenor (length) of the lease proposal you received? I have been asked to sign a 3 year lease with a three-year extension option. I am not keen to lock myself into a six year commitment.
