I have been approached about leasing my mineral rights in Cherokee County. What's the going rate?. Some of the numbers I've seen on this forum are quite a bit different than the offer I have been given. ($100 and 3/16th).

You should get at least 200-250 + 3/16th. Could be based on how many acres you have.I have acres in Cherokee County and I have talked to a few people that have signed for 100-250.3/16 is about the norm..
