Any help appreciate. We are relatives of Harry Rollins and the Rollins farm. Just received a pre pooling notice from Camino Natural Resources LLC. Any advice or thoughts for us please is appreciated?
Are are any wells operating already close to this area?
Camino Natural Resources, LLC (“Camino”) hereby proposes to drill a multi-unit horizontal well in Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 7 West, Grady County, Oklahoma (the “Lands”), as follows:
The proposed well will be drilled in a multi-unit encompassing Sections 21, 28 & 33, Township 7 North, Range 7 West. Cam.i.no is in the process of filing Location Exception, and Ho1izontal Multi-Unit Applications with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC") in preparation to drill this well.

Welcome back to the forum. Yes, there is a nearby well by Camino-Holden 0707 16-21-1WH. It is a horizontal well drilled in 2019 into the Woodford. It has an estimated Ultimate Recoverable of about 17 BCF of gas. About 9 BCF recovered so far through July 2025. Also drilled the Ralph Ellison 0707 27-22-151WXHR in 2024. About 16 BCF expected. Greenleaf 0707 27-34-3 1MXH in 2024. This one into the Mississippian with 21.5 BCF expected- good analog for the Gloss Mountain.
The new well will be a two+ section horizontal drilled into the Mississippian reservoirs (or more). They are using sec 21 for the surface location since they are drilling underneath the town to the south. This notice is a “courtesy” notice so you do not have to answer it. I never do as I do not want anything with my signature on it floating around before I have read either a lease or a pooling application. You still have time to lease if you are not already held at that horizon or you can wait until pooling. Most of us would want the higher pooling royalty even though the bonus will be lower.
Camino filed for a similar well back in 2022, but did not get around to drilling it yet. They have moved it to the west side of the sections now and moved the surface location in 21 to give more room for the turn to horizontal and full perfs in 28 and 33. Camino’s nearest pooling was in 2022 Case 2022-000735 if you want to look it up. The royalty bonus pairs are listed. It will give you an idea of what was being offered back then.
