Is anyone familiar with pricing out in the “Glasscock Nose”?
I own several Apache leases in Block 32, Township 1S and am not sure what a fair going price would be or if there would even be interest in purchasing. I am familiar with the industry and more so with Martin, Howard, Midland County. Although it has been tough getting feedback regarding these wells given the area conditions. Thanks for any help - To my belief it is roughly a few hundred net royalty acres.
