I signed a lease with a shell company, no address or phone on record. The order of payment was 150 days but the addendum is for 120 days.
I spoke to the rep once and they told me it would be around 220 days. I asked, well what about the lease? It says 120. The rep said no, it will be around 7 months. I guess the addendum means nothing to them.
Either way, no bonus was paid but they filed a memorandum in May.
How can I get out of this? Should I file an Affidavit of Non-Compliance or Affidavit of Forfeiture?
If I knew in the beginning about McClendon, I would never have signed.
