Anyone else getting purchase offers in this area? Grady County Section 24-7N-5W. What’s at play? We’ve been offered $12,000/nma for the 10 nma that we own. Two known existing wells, Curry 124 and Aught something, but I don’t know if they are both producing.
You have the Romanoff 2-24-13XHM, Romanoff 1-25-24-13XH, Romanoff 3-24-13XHW by Continental and the Ott 1-24 by Far West Development. Curry 1-24 is plugged and abandoned. If you are not getting paid on the Romanoff wells, you need to contact Continental and find out why not.
Both Continental and Far West have filed for increased density wells in that section. Offers to buy frequently go out when increased density cases are filed. They want all your royalties from the current wells and any future wells.
Interesting. Are you willing the share the company? We have la d there also.
The guy spoke to my brother and didn’t give a company name, but my brother will ask if or when they speak again.
Hi we have also been contacted regarding our mineral rights. So far Thunderbird Mineral Partners, Far West’s landman and Andrew Solomon who is a landman.
Thank you for this helpful response; I apologize taking so long to reply. As it turns out, I am getting paid on the Romanoff and Ott wells.
Andrew Solomon was who contacted us as well. I apologize for taking so long to respond.
This is an Osborne Sand play going on here by CLR, Staghorn, Ovintiv, and others. The key well is the CLR: War Pig 1-21-16XH (16/21-7N-5W) Osborne horizontal completed in 6/2025 with August 2025 production of 70,441 BO and 80,000 MCF for that month alone. Data is from the OTC. I am getting multiple offers as well for my interest in several sections in the area.
