I have been waiting a year plus for the release to be filed at the courthouse ( as it being a stipulation that needs to happen before we can lease the acreage again ).
I have contacted someone from CHK who handles McMullen County and they have given me the unsigned DPU, which requires 3 signatures - Chesapeake, Jamestown Resources, and some Chinese group from Houston.
Anyone know how I can get Jamestown and the other to speed this up? Already hired attorney, but doubt he will do much more than rack up a bill.
I've heard there is a way to satisfy this situation with an Affidavit of some sort stipulating the facts of the matter. (we have the DPU, so we know the amount of acreage being released)
