I received a deposit of an amount that is somewhat smaller than I would have thought. Should I ask for a statement of her account? I was told there had been a distribution of her account.
Yes, you should get an accounting that will show volumes and prices. Remember that production from wells continues to drop and prices are quite a bit lower than the last few years.
