Hi! New to all of this. Does Arapahoe County make its lease information public (e.g., how can I double-check the calculation for an RI on a Division Order) so that I can find the Royalty # in the lease? If we bought minerals that were already leased, for example, I would not have a copy of the lease and would like that info to run a double-check on received division orders. Thank you!
One way to check is to contact the operator and ask for a copy of the lease that pertains to your acquired minerals.

The documents filed with the County Clerk are public information, so you can go to the clerk’s office and see if the lease was filed.
