Hi! New to all of this. Does Arapahoe County make it’s leases information public (e.g. how can I double check the calculation for a RI on a Division Order) so that I can find the Royalty # in the lease? If we bought minerals that were already leased, for example, I would not have a copy of the lease and would like that info to run a double check on received division orders. Thank you!
One way to check is to contact the operator and ask for a copy of the lease that pertains to your acquired minerals.
The documents filed with the county clerk are public information so you can go to the clerks office & see if the lease was filed.
