Are any parties related to the work that this forum tracks using Gen AI tools?
I am thinking about
- researching deed records and title
- who is drilling where
- who is or is not paying whom for rights and royalties
- agreement language used/preferred
- optimal rates for rights and royalties (for either side of the negotiation)
- estimating the productivity of undrilled areas or active wells.
Gen AI excels at this sort of thing.
