In reviewing my royalty statements from Magnolia for production from the Broussard/Liebscher unit I see that my share of GPP fees are $125 on $486 gross value of gas and from the Broussard unit 1 they are $2.55 on $30.75 gross value of gas.
My questions are do the fees seem reasonable as a percentage of the gross gas value and why would the ratio of GPP fee to gross gas value be so different for these neighboring units? Anyone have royalty reports for wells in this area that would likely be using the same gas processing plants?
