Does anyone know of any Gas/Oil leasing in Haskell County, OK/ Sections 4-5-8 T9N R19E. Our lease ran out and may be interested in releasing. Thanks
Checotah Partners had planned on drilling horizontal wells in sections 4 & 9. Approvals were in early 2019. No new leases in the last 999 days. Case 201809234 had the exhibits.
Thanks for the information. We had a lease that ended in October 2019. Was never contacted about releasing. Would it have to be released if Checotah Partners wanted to drill since the did not drill during our lease . We have a lot of acres in this area wit all mineral and surface rights. Thanks for your input.
They (or someone else) would have to lease again if they wanted to drill the wells. They were approved, but never permitted. Prices dropped in late 2019, so the economics might have not been there to move forward at this time.
