Anyone getting into their lease to be paid for gas condensates? This is different from liquids.
Same as NGLs, natural gas liquids. Some operators separate it out and sell by the gal or bbl, others leave it in and get a higher price for the gas. Some oil is so light it is classified as condensate. Your lease should cover all of the above.
