I’ve got wells out of balance. Is there an online site that shows balancing?
If you give your state, county and location such as section, township and range or abstract, someone may be able to help you more effectively.
I heard from Kaiser that they were placing gas balancing on some statewide website. It didn’t have any more details. They haven’t replied back.
I’ve got many gas wells across 13 counties. Some really small RI, ORI, and working interests. A number of these wells were out of balance when my dad got them in the 90’s from his dad. Other ones became out of balance at different times. One horizontal well was drilled in 2012 and we just found that the 1% working interest was never paid. The .67% royalty was paid monthly.
So the question is have you heard of a statewide database on over and under produced gas wells.
