I have received an offer of $5700 per acre for Sec 24 in Garvin County. I am already receiving royalty checks for the property from Sheridan Production. Has anyone else had an offer from Echo (or Ecco) Land Company?

I am only telling you what I was told. I am searching for the Deed. I inherited this among other minerals in Garvin and other OK and TX counties from my father in 1952.
