I’ve recently received an offer from HPH to purchase all my mineral interests of a producing well the Megatron. I consider the offer to be very low but I’m curious as to the buyers interest in this well. Any thoughts or information about this area would be greatly appreciated.
Most offers to buy that I have received recently have been ahead of the bit. Someone thinks that potential infill drilling is possible and they want to buy up minerals from the first producing well and then collect royalties on the future wells. Continental filed for a horizontal well in section 1&12-2N-3W nearby mid 2021.
