I have received an offer from Triad Energy for leasing my 5 acres for the following: $350 for 3/16th 3 year lease, $250 for 1/5 3 year lease. Sec 21 1n 2w. Any idea if this is a fair price? Triad seems to be the only one active in this area. I have previously sold and leased to Continental in a different area, sec 23 1n 2w with better pricing.
