I have received an offer from Triad Energy for leasing my 5 acres for the following: $350 for 3/16th 3-year lease, $250 for 1/5 3-year lease. Section 21 Township 1N Range 2W. Any idea if this is a fair price? Triad seems to be the only one active in this area. I have previously sold and leased to Continental in a different area, Section 23 Township 1N Range 2W with better pricing.
