Garvin County, OK - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Jim, I just noticed you said you are leased. Could the offers you are getting be to buy your interest? You would not be able to act on leasing offers unless they are tied to the expiration of your current lease.

GREAT…I’m too impatient. Thanks again.

Thanks Ron, does this mean I should see a permit application on the OCC website anytime soon??

David That is hard to say, the Pooling Order have been good for a year.

16-3n-4w 201303071 & 201303070 .Nothing posted yet.

I just read in the Pauls Valley Democrat that hearings for spacing, drilling, and pooling for 16 3N 4W are set for May 31 in Tulsa. Newfield is the applicant.

if i sold right now what would 1n-1w, sec 31 thru 36 be worth?

34 looks like it has a fault. Sorry, typo…

I can’t tell you what it is worth, but I can tell you that you are at the southern edge of a condensate window for the Woodford. 36 is probably more valuable than 31. I am not sure exactly where the Arbuckle Mountain fault lies, but it looks like it is close to the southern parts of those sections. Looks like another fault may swoop through 3, so not so good. Section 12 was force pooled for $225 3/16 etc in 2012, section 15 was force pooled for $475 1/8 etc in 2013. This will get drilled eventually. You might consider hanging onto 35 and 36. Do more research before you sell. (I am one of those who never sell anything, so make your own decision.)

Any of you have experience with Sendaro?

Myranda, looking at your profile pic I don’t know who is the cutest…maybe a slight edge to the little blond!

Thanks Michael! This picture of the blond is about 3 years old now, but she is still a cutie.

I’m guessing from the lack of response that no one has anything to say about Sendaro. I would advise anyone to read the paperwork they issue all the way through…

Myranda…is Sendaro an oil company, landmen or ???

While I was looking up Sendero, I ran across this website. It lists the OK state school land auctions. You can get a general feel for what companies are paying per acre for in public auctions for the school lands in the counties. Quite interesting.

Sendero is a land company out of Edmond, OK.

According to bizapedia.com (a good place to check out the existence of companies), it has been in business for almost 3 years. Although no registered agent is listed which is a little strange.

They have been sending me requests to lease in another county for about a year. Since that area is pretty hot, I will wait for Force Pooling there and ignore Sendaro.

M Barnes, Thank you for the link.

Ron…what is the name of that well? They are sure drilling a bunch of wells down that way! Guess that’s the reason.

Dicksion

Linda, maybe I’m reading too much into it but I found this part a little disappointing:

“our focus has been HBP and acreage, and will be for the next couple of years, this year and next year.”

The well in 21-3n-4w so far is one of the better wells in 3n-4w.
