Garvin County Mineral Rights

Good afternoon all.

My sister, my cousin an myself own approx. 70 acres of mineral rights in Garvin County. We have been receiving offer after offer to buy them and the offers are increasing in value. We are not inclined to sell to sell unless it is something quite meaningful.

The question is how does one know if they are receiving an attractive offer? And how does one compare the offer to that which one might receive in monthly royalty payments? And over what time period? How are these values projected into the future?

So many variables I know. When they do start drilling how long before they know if it is going to be producing?

Thanks for any advice.

Susie, you are receiving offers because parts of Garvin County are a hotbed of activity. Go to the menu at the top of the page and click on groups, find the Garvin group and join. Once you are a member ask your questions there and furnish the exact location of your mineral acreage, something like: section 1 township 3n range 4w. Lots of people there to help you.

Michael thank you kindly for directing me to the proper area on the site.
