My family currently has 3 blocks of Section 9, Block A-26 with a lease that recntly expired in Oct 2017. We have an attorney since we live in several areas and I am in North Carolina. He handled our last lease with Crown Rock and we received 350 per net acre. They have offered another lease but with 250/ acre. Living so far away I have no idea what the current fair price is.. Our attorney has been slow to respond and has yet to be much assistance. Does anyone in the group have current information that would help one that si very unfamiliar with this top. Thank you
