Such a misleading marketing trick. Huge bait-and-switch. I emailed the “Mineral Rights Alliance’, and got a reply from ‘Texas Royalty Brokers’.

They immediately wanted me to do the exact same work that I asked THEM to do as if I were qualified to do that. What a scam! Now I’m going to get another 100 solicitations for purchase.

Don’t give up any info until you have a work contract!

Was the Texas royalty brokers a scam also I think they been contacting me and wanting me to sell mine along with surprise ally and Comstock
