Interesting...the Devon permit appears to be for the wrong section....Vitek #1-13 is on the south side of the road, I think. Wouldn't that be sec 24? Sec 13 is school land.

Yes, you are correct. I copied that from the newspaper (website) but the drilling site next to the landfill is on section 24 according to my plate map. Could they be planning to drill part of section 13 from the drilling site on section 24? I'm assuming school land minerals can be leased.
