Is there a way to determine future oil production in Weld 5N 67W Section 4 NE? Not sure where to look… Receiving offers, and not needing to sell.
The Weld County assessor’s GIS map doesn’t show future use. The COGCC map will indicate the pending, approved and existing wells and directionals. 5N 67W Section 4 NE indicates Extraction’s site for Rancho Water Valley #4. No pending applications are indicated. As you know, that’s been a very active area and I suspect people are trying to lock up some future sites.

As stated, the Rancho Water Valley wells are in there, so it’s going to be difficult to drill more, but you will likely clip some of the wells from border sections, i.e., PDC’s Broe wells in 34-6N-67W and when they drill in 3-5N-67W.
We did just receive info from Kerr McGee/Occidental for the lower portion of ours and upper of the area just below us for wells at first of the year. The offers are going up substantially. Didn’t think of selling but…
