I have been trying to connect with TGNR regarding some funds in suspense. When I send an email I get an automated response with an ID assigned to it and acknowledging receipt of my request. No answers to my emails. I started caller customer care and due to the language barrier it is difficult to have a conversation. Each time I call I am told that the person assigned to my case will reply to my email by COB. It has been almost 2 weeks and after repeated emails and phone calls they always say the same thing but I never get a reply email or phone call. What can I do?
