My dad inherited mineral rights to land in Fresno County. I just know this because he told me and he gets checks from California Resources Corp. How do I get a copy of the deed?

The check stub probably has a legal description where the well is located, this may help narrow the search. Also, you might find something other than a deed that placed your father in title such as a probate order or an affidavit of heirship.
