I have an offer to lease Section 8 and Section 20 Township 5S Range 3E at $50 per MA with 15% royalty. Seems rather low to me, has anyone else received any offers there?
I had the same offer, for the same property. I agree, it seems low. However I have no idea what stuff goes for in Ill. I wonder if we would do better if it were just pooled? Does anyone have any experience leasing in Ill?
