I have an offer to lease Sec. 8 and Sec. 20 T5S R3E at $50. per MA with 15% royalty. Seems rather low to me, has anyone one else received any offers there?
I had the same offer, for the same property. I agree, it seems low. However I have no idea what stuff goes for in Ill. I wonder if we would do better if it were just pooled? Does anyone have any experience leasing in Ill?
Has there been any drilling in Franklin county the last few months?
