What information can a mineral/royalty owner extract from a form 1002A?

1. When the well started drilling (which is not the same as when the well was commenced under the lease);
2. date of first production;
3. total depth drilled;
4. completed formations;
5. length of lateral;
6. size of spacing unit.
7. operator of well.
Thank you. What does the “test” information tell us? How can we interpret it? Is is a “good”, “mediocre” , or “poor” producer? How do we know? And what does the information about “choke” tell us?
