Before my mother passed away, my sister forged my mom’s name along with our cousin who is a notary, signed over everything mom had that should have been split three ways to herself. Mom is now passed away. As her brother, what can I do? My brother went along with my sister doing it.
Best thing to do is contact an attorney.

I agree with Martha. You may have a statute of limitations issue. I would run, not walk, to a lawyer to help you.
