I recently purchased a home in the Cooks Meadows Addition in the Fort Worth area (near I30 and Cooks Lane). The previous owner had a lease with Chesapeake Energy Corporation that was sign in 2008 (a five year lease). I recently learned that I now own the minerals and Chesapeake will be sending a landman or broker to my home to sign a new lease. Can anyone tell me or know where I can search for was would be the signing bonus for that area. The lot size is about .35 acres. Also, are there any special clauses I should be looking out for.
