I received a letter telling me I should already be aware the mineral rights I own were being forced pooled by Permian Resources and they wanted to purchase mineral interest. I was never contacted by Permian Resources about them wanting to drill at all. What can I do?

They attempted this with my family too. I asserted that we never received proper notice as they mailed to an old non-forwarding address. They quickly agreed to allow an extension of time to choose whether to participate or not. Have you spoken with them?
I’ll say that they were overwhelmed in trying to properly administer this new development as they seemed severely understaffed.
