OK, so we have some minerals in Richland Co, MT that we have been leasing for the last 10 yrs or so, and the current lease has expired since last summer. There were some permits pulled on our acreage before the oil crash ln late '15 early '16. My question is, if we do not lease at this time, and a producing well(s) are drilled on our holdings, would we likely get better lease terms at that time vs leasing now, or does it really make a difference?
