I went non-consent on the first 4 wells on my spacing unit. The oil company has drilled four more wells on the same unit and I have not received an AFE on these. My question is where do I find an explanation/time frame of a good faith attempt by the driller? They have already installed the casings, surface drilled, and are listed as spudded. Thank you for any information.

Quite a bit of information on the ND website. You can look up quite a bit for free and get well data and scout ticket data for an annual fee of $50.
