Where or how can I follow the progress of a well. Looking to follow Duncan’s proposed well in 12-10-10. I’m more interested in knowing when a rig shows on site (lease obligations) leases is expiring in June.

Has Duncan posted a permit? I am in several Sections in Township 10N-Range 10W, Caddo County.
I received papers on their application CAUSE CD NO. 2026-000252 for Sections 12, 13, and 24 of Township 10-Range 10.
I assume this is in Caddo County, Oklahoma? 12-10N-10W? Use the OCC well records site for free for the well part. You will have to use Enverus or another vendor for the rig on site but most have a paywall. You can come back here closer to June and someone on the forum who has a subscription can look it up. (Next time, post in the state and county where you minerals are located. More local folks follow there and can help.)
Yes, it is Caddo County, Oklahoma. My lease is with Classic Resources and they are being persistent on signing a new lease. Current lease expires on June 6th; however, I have a clause in my lease stating a rig capable of drilling to total depth be on location. They are offering same terms (3/16 @ $750.00 for 3 years, no extension). I would prefer higher royalty, maybe in a pool. We do have an attorney in Anadarko that reviewed the current form back in 2023.
I have had a few proposals for 850/20%/3+2, which I have turned down in this area. I have not found anyone ready to push to 25%. Look to see who else is active in the area. You may be able to fund some good top lease options.
