Does anyone know what Flywheel Energy plans to do with the Oklahoma assets they purchased from ConocoPhillips? Do the have capital for future drilling and development?
You will really know when they start filing their own OCC cases. I have seen them advertising for technical jobs, so that seems encouraging. They do have their name on 23 permits, so not sure if all of them were Conoco Phillips (Marathon legacy) or Ovintiv ones that they are converting over. Several are drilling now.
Interesting, how do you go about tracking what they’re permitting and where they’re drilling? We have (had) a number of wells with Ovintiv in Kingfisher County that are now with FW Midcon I.
Get very familiar with the OCC websites. You can use the Wellrecords site to watch for permits.
