Flower Mound area

When our paternal grandfather sold his farm, located just west of, and adjacent to the Flower Mound Presbyterian Church in 1955 he reserved an undivided 1/16 of the minerals. In going through my deceased father’s papers, I found a copy of the warranty deed. Now I need to know how to get these minerals into the names of myself and my siblings. Any advice? Thanks.

If you haven’t already done so, you need to file a mineral deed & royalty conveyance with the Denton County tax office.
