When our paternal grandfather sold his farm, located just west of, & adjacent to the Flower Mound Prysb. Church in 1955 he reserved an undivided 1/16 of the minerals. In going through my deceased father's papers, I found a copy of the warranty deed. Now I need to know how to get these minerals into the names of myself & my siblings. Any advice? Thanks.
If you haven't already done so, you need to file a mineral deed & royalty conveyance with teh Denton County tax office.
