My Mother remarried years back. She married into a wildcat family. Her deceased husband's grandfather and father were wildcat drillers based out of Saginaw, Michigan. It wasn't until the husband, father-in-law and grandfather-in-law all passed away, that mother found out that the grandfather went around Michigan and other places(I think Ohio and Kentucky) buying up mineral rights.
She was notified about a gas well near West Branch, Michigan, But we haven't heard of anything sense. My Mother passed a couple of years ago and left her rights to my sister and I.
The leases were under the name of Hagan.
How do I find out if there were any more wells drilled anywhere?
