Finding Legal Documents on NPRI

I have a minor NPRI interest in the following:

Section 33, 39, 40, 41, 45, & 46 Block 36, Township 1S and Section 4, Block 36, Township 2S in Martin and Midland Counties, Texas.

I am trying to locate the legal documents, filed in Midland County, Texas, that define the following: Germania Sprayberry Unit Germania Sprayberry Unit TR2 Germania Sprayberry Unit TR3 Germania Dean Unit TR2 Germania Dean Unit TR3 The documents that transfer production rights forward from Ted Weiner to Pioneer Natural Resources.

Any help will be greatly appreciated as I have been researching this for some time without finding the needed documents.

I had similar issues finding docs about ORRI and WI interest regarding T. Weiner and transfers back in the 50’s. Many were very convoluted so to speak. I ended up hiring a Landman to do a full mineral chain for me; he had to do it twice to find what I was looking for. Cost was about $2k. Good luck on your findings.
