Not sure if this any interest to the Fayette folks, but EOG just marked 4 wells for 4 units on the corner of County Road 195 and County Road 194 Lavaca county. Permits will be out shortly…(.I had mentioned this a couple of months ago as far as pad site)…
Also EOG requested some major road changes to CR 195 to Lavaca county officials that is in their next meeting 12/9.
This just leaves EOG with 4 more units….the 2 units between Francis pad and Maddox pad…and 2 more units north of these 4 units I just mentioned that goes up and includes the Lavaca river.
Everything north of Lavaca River is redhawk. Redhawk has the 2 units that attach to the southern side of the Blackshear pad. Then there would be 2 southern units attached to the Pecan pad….and I believe there are 4-6 units between the Pecan pad and Blackshear pad…almost certain its 4.
then all we have left is the northern units (that are west of this activity)along side FM 1295 (east side)…these would most likely be EF wells…but these leases could also be sold off…Modern is drilling right now.
Always a possibility of some bolt-on units for EOG to the existing proposed units….
and…we still have the units north of Pecan pad which they are working to get them together….
At this time it is all about securing 1 well per unit as I was told to “Lock them In “…they do not want to pay the $20 million in options…could drill 2 wells for that !!
