RRigmover: Nimtex may be interesting. To do business in Texas you’re supposed to register with the State Comptroller. At least part of the reason is to prevent multiple companies using the same name. I double checked and Nimtex Energy LLC does business in Farwell, about three steps from New Mexico.
But as you said, LinkedIn shows Nimtex Energy LLC as based in FTW. This kind of stuff is interesting to me but I’m sure there’s a good explanation that I’m too lazy to track down.
