Has anyone, as a Lessor, ever used a Favored Nations Clause in a lease? If so, did you any issues getting the Operator to honor it without hiring an attorney?

Depends on what the clause covers. If it is royalty rate, then you can generally see those on recorded leases or memorandum of lease. And then you can ask for higher rate. If it is lease bonus per acre, as that is not public information you will need to ask the lease if it has paid any higher bonus. Other leases clauses are also not easy to find details if only a memorandum of lease is filed.
