If you don't have 'bait in the water', you aren't fishing.
Waiting for someone else? Not my cup of tea. Especially given that if they LOOK at the mineral rights and miss the updated version, they would see several owners. All my relatives, all dead with no heirs. Only my dad is it.
So, I have several lines in the water. I have had a couple of 'nibbles' and am waiting for them to analyze what we have and IF there is actually any minerals there.
I will report back when I hear back from any of them.
